PROJECT IMPLEMENTS;

Godmwanga Gems Limited commissioned SGE to conducted systematic exploration at the Kwamsisi Graphite Project, involving geological mapping, geophysical surveys, trenching, and drilling to delineate mineralized zones. This work generated reliable datasets that supported detailed resource estimation and evaluation, where geological and grade models were constructed. Using international reporting standards, the resource potential was classified into measured, indicated, and inferred categories. The evaluation guided the economic viability and provided a foundation for further development.
Building on the resource base, the company advanced into mine planning and design, focusing on pit optimization, scheduling, and infrastructure layout to maximize recovery and minimize costs. Detailed designs included haul roads, waste dumps, and processing facilities tailored for graphite production. With approvals secured, mining operations commenced, integrating both open-pit methods and modern processing techniques. The operations emphasized safety, efficiency, and environmental management to ensure sustainable project development.
